The plans below are standard ‘off-the-shelf’ packages but we can tailor support to your requirements.
Clients with websites on our hosting get a significant discount on their support – for example basic WordPress monthly support is £50 per month standard price, but hosting clients pay only £30 per month.
All care plans are for a minimum 6-month commitment, payable monthly via Direct Debit.
If you are looking for support for a website not built by us, we will need to conduct an initial assessment and potentially some work to bring it up to our standard. This may include technical updates, resolving unsupported plugins, removing malware, etc.
